Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship to Finland, EU countries and selected countries outside the EU. You’ll see available destinations, delivery methods and shipping costs at checkout. Orders usually leave our warehouse the next business day, and all shipments can be tracked with a tracking code.

Free shipping to all countries on orders over €150.

Delivery times
Average delivery times are:
Finland: 1–3 business days
Central Europe and the Nordics: 2–4 business days
Other countries: 3–6 business days

Delivery may take longer during campaigns and other busy periods.

Customs and duties
For orders shipped outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes and clearance fees.

Unclaimed parcels
Please collect your parcel within the carrier’s holding period. A fee of €15 applies to unclaimed parcels and is deducted from your refund.
