Delivery & returns
Delivery: Free delivery on orders over €150. Otherwise, delivery starts at €5.90 (Matkahuolto and Budbee). Average delivery time is 1–3 business days.
Exchanges: Exchanging for another size or product is free. You can easily make an exchange in our exchange and return portal.
Returns: 14-day return policy from the receipt of the order. A return label is included with the package. The return fee is €6.90 per order, which will be deducted from the refund. If you return the entire order, we will also refund the shipping costs.
